Pivoted from B2B to a B2C marketplace on real user feedback, built with a lean team powered by AI agents.

Wound down in Mar 2026 because I wanted to do something larger.

The product went through many iterations: an admissions build, an MU-specific deployment, and several v0 and Next.js rewrites. Most of those repos are private and elitehq.co is currently down.
