When I was building Starwin Power, I managed people by hand at first. Then I automated the repetitive pieces with AI agents — contacting suppliers, follow-ups, process steps.
Time spent went from about 4 hours a day to about 10 minutes. That freed me to turn more ideas into reality instead of babysitting inboxes.
AI isn't optional anymore. It is either your advantage or your competitor's.
What I do in practice:
- List every repetitive task.
- Automate aggressively. If you don't, you slow.
- Put the freed time into strategy and shipping.
